- Payout upfront. Every offer shows exactly what you'll be paid before you accept it.

How do I become a helper?
Join the early-access list below. When helper sign-ups open in your area, you'll create your account, verify your identity with government ID, choose the services you offer and the areas you cover, and start receiving job offers.
How much can I earn?
Every job offer shows the exact payout before you accept it, so you decide whether it's worth your time. What you earn depends on how many jobs you take and which services you offer.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings are recorded as soon as a job is complete. Once your payout details are set up, earnings go to your bank account on a weekly schedule.
Do I keep my tips?
Yes. If a customer adds a tip, it goes entirely to you.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You see the service, time window, area and payout up front, and you choose which offers to accept. There are no quotas.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancelling is free for the customer up to the cutoff on their booking, and nothing is owed either way. After that cutoff, if you've already taken the job, you're paid for the time you set aside, up to what the job would have paid you.
What if a customer reports a problem?
Our team reviews it and follows up with both sides. Reports are handled case by case, and you'll be told the outcome.
Am I an employee?
No. Helpers are independent contractors and choose their own jobs and hours. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

We're starting in Toronto and expanding across the GTA. You pick the areas you want to cover, and you can change them any time.
